Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, then your lists follow the retention setting you chose.
Nothing physical
This is a subscription to software. We produce files. We do not print, cut, pack or ship anything, and we do not take a commission from anyone who does.

Two deliberate gaps: the Free plan cannot export, and the Table plan has no video. Both are explained below rather than left as an upsell.

Why the free plan stops where it does.
Free previews, but does not export
The value here is in the print file. Previewing is free because you should be able to see your own names — the accented ones, the long ones, the ones with the surname first — set on a real card before you decide whether this tool is any use to you. Thirty guests is enough to find that out.
Table has no video
An entrance screen is a venue and planner requirement. People organising their own wedding almost never need one, and charging them for it would be padding.
No pay-per-card, ever
Charging by the card would give you a reason to skip the confirmation step to save money. That is the one incentive this product cannot afford to create, so the pricing model rules it out.
What happens when you pay, and when you stop.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Monthly renews monthly; yearly renews yearly. Every charge produces an emailed receipt.
Cancelling
One step in your account settings, no email required and no reason asked. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Yearly plans carry a 14 day full refund. After that, whole unused months are refunded less any month in which you exported. Faults on our side are refunded in full.
Taxes
Prices exclude sales tax or VAT where it applies to you. Any tax we must collect is shown before you confirm, never added afterwards.
Card details are entered on a page hosted by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We do not see or store full card numbers. Read the detail on the data and payment security page.

Thirty guests, no card details, no export. If the flags it raises are the ones you were already worried about, the paid plan is worth it. If not, you have lost nothing.
Planners and venues often need something specific — more events, particular export formats, altered DPA terms. Ask and we will answer directly.
