The free plan exists so you can paste a real list — with the accented names, the surname-first names and the plus-ones in it — and see what the tool flags before you decide whether it is worth paying for.

Separately, I accept the Data Processing Agreement. I am the controller of the guest data I upload and Tablemark is my processor. I confirm I am entitled to hold the names I will be adding.

Optional: email me occasionally about changes to the product. Not needed to use the service, and separate from receipts and service notices.

No card details are collected here. The free plan stays free and asks for nothing further.

Why the DPA is its own tick

The terms of service are between you and us. The DPA is about a third group of people entirely — your guests — who are not party to either agreement and cannot consent for themselves. Bundling the two would hide that, so it is a separate decision, made before you enter a single name.
