Terms of Service
These terms are the contract between you and MABUREDE AI LTD for use of Tablemark. They cover what the subscription is, what it costs, how it renews, how it ends, and the two obligations that sit with you rather than with us.
- Version
- 1.0
- Last updated

- Governing law
- England and Wales
- Applies to
- All accounts and all plans
1. Who this contract is with
Tablemark is operated by MABUREDE AI LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17157267, registered office Flat 47 Ludham Lismore Circus, London, England, NW5 4SE. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person or organisation holding the account.
By creating an account you accept these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the AI Disclaimer and the Content Licence. The Data Processing Agreement is accepted by a separate tick at sign-up, because it is a separate agreement covering other people's data.
2. What the service is
Tablemark is software you reach through a browser. It takes a guest list, splits it into individual records, flags entries that cannot be resolved from the text alone, arranges tables against the constraints you give it, generates card artwork with print specifications attached, and exports files.
The service is delivered as it stands at the time you use it. We add and change features. If we remove a feature that is material to a plan you are paying for, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand and you may cancel and take a refund of the unused period.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 to hold an account.
- If you are 13 to 17 you need a parent or guardian to consent, and we may ask for evidence.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- Give us accurate details. If billing details are wrong we may suspend the account until they are fixed.
- One account is for one person or one organisation. Planners and venues may run many events under the Venue plan.
4. Two obligations that are yours
The list is yours to be entitled to
You confirm that you are entitled to hold the names you upload, that you are organising or working on the event they relate to, and that you have a lawful basis for holding them. You are the controller for that data and we act on your instructions. The full terms are in the Data Processing Agreement.
The confirmation step is yours to complete
Before any export, every guest record must be confirmed individually. The interface has no control that confirms them all at once, and we will not add one on request. Confirming a name means you have decided that is how the name should be set. Once confirmed and exported, the spelling on the card is your decision, not a suggestion of ours.
5. Plans, prices and renewal
All prices are shown and charged in United States dollars (USD). There is no other currency and no conversion at checkout. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are; where we must collect it, it is shown before you confirm.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Export |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | USD 0 | Not offered | Preview only, watermarked |
| Table | USD 19 | USD 182 | Included |
| Venue | USD 79 | USD 758 | Included |
- Yearly billing is 20 percent less than twelve monthly payments: USD 19 × 12 × 0.8 = USD 182, and USD 79 × 12 × 0.8 = USD 758. That is the whole of the discount; there is no other promotion, no seasonal offer and no discount code.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. Monthly plans renew monthly, yearly plans renew yearly.
- We email you a receipt for every charge. For yearly plans we email a renewal reminder at least 14 days before the charge.
- If we change the price of a plan you hold, we give you at least 30 days notice before it applies to you, and you may cancel first.
- Allowances belong to the period you paid for and do not carry over. There are no credit packs, no stored balances, no one-off purchases and no per-card charges.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the start of each period by our payment provider. Card details are entered on their page; we do not see or store full card numbers.
If a payment fails we retry, and we email you. If it has not succeeded after 14 days we suspend paid features. Your data is not deleted on suspension — it follows the retention period you set, as it always does.
7. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, in one step, without contacting us and without giving a reason. Cancelling stops the next renewal; everything keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds, including the 14 day cancellation right for yearly plans bought at a distance, are set out in full in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy. Where we do so and the breach is not serious, we tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close an account for our own reasons rather than yours, we refund the unused period in full.
8. What you may do with the output
You own the guest data you upload. Card artwork, exports and video generated for you are licensed to you as set out in the Content Licence, which includes printing them commercially for your own event or your client's event. Typeface licences travel with each export.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and we monitor it, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee on the Free or Table plans. Maintenance that we expect to interrupt the service is announced in advance where we can.
If a fault on our side stops you exporting before your event, tell us at support@maburedeai.shop. In that case you get a full refund with no time limit and no proportion applied, as set out in the refund policy.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by anything here.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with this service in any 12 month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for the cost of reprinting, for a printer's work, for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for a name that was confirmed by you and set as confirmed.
We are not liable for outcomes that depend on judgements we explicitly decline to make: how a person writes their name, which title is right for them, how a colour will look on a particular paper, or how accurately a printer trims. Those limits are set out in the AI Disclaimer and are part of this contract.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
Talk to us first: most things are settled by email in a day. Write to support@maburedeai.shop or call +44 7762122687.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that affect your rights or what you pay, we give at least 30 days notice by email and you may cancel before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms. Version 1.0, last updated 15 August 2026.
